This was just a very brief meeting to get some thoughts and ideas together for some alliance events.

• Set up time and dates for meetings. Decided that meetings would be every 2 weeks at 3 PM EST on Sundays.

• Event Ideas were listed:

1. Naked Missions, The idea was given to Ally from Chef about a Timed Mission to see who lasts the longest in a mission without armor.
• Low Level Areas
• High Level Areas
• All 3 Continents

• The calendar on the alliance forums will be set up for different nights of the week to be set for different bases of the game to help both new and experienced players to reach different goals in the game.
1. Low Level Night
2. NM missions
3. HM missions
4. Monument Night (FoW, UW, DoA, etc.)
5. Silly Games

• The Raffle will be brought back into the alliance, by Jaz and Ally.

• The events committee also wanted it to be know to all of the alliance that if there was any ideas that any players had, that they may come to the meetings that will be held and/or just give all details to a member of the committee and it will be brought into discussion.

There was nothing further, and the meeting was adjourned.

Minutes from the Activities Meeting:

Activities
Committee Meeting commenced 4:00 pm CST, 6/29/2008. Attendees included a
representative from TSK, TCK, ECTO, DAP, DORK..... TNS was represented
only briefly via team chat...

1. The guilds will continue to meet Sunday, every other week starting at 3:00pm CST time, 4:00 EST time, 8:00pm GMT Time.

2. It was decided that the role of Committee Chairman will rotate amoungst the guild on a quarterly basis. TSK, Ally will take the role until September of 2008. In the meantime, each guild will put out an announcement requesting for the next chairman to replace Ally.

3. The events will be listed on the Alliance Board at http://tskalliance.forumotion.com/. Lady H will post the events until such time a permanent Forum Administrator for the Alliance Forum is delegated.

4. The Guilds will adopt the following calendar for events during the week:

a. Sunday
– Silly event: dodgeball, hide n seek, naked missions, goofy games with prizes.

b. Monday
– Challenge Day/Night for elite mission or hard mode

c. Tuesday
– Open for whatever anyone is looking for..

d. Wednesday
– Under 20 Club for characters under 20

e. Thursday
– AB, PVP, HoH, Scrimmage

f. Friday – Challenge Day/Night for elite mission or hard
mode (Mission Night for TCK)

g. Saturday
– Open , AB, Mission, to be determined

5. PvP guild members will be together to discuss how they can support each other in training. TSK: Skye Marin, DAP: Bows Knows.
TCK: Scion, ECTO & DORK PvP representative unknown. Will find out.

6. Raffle will commence immediately after the end of this meeting: 500 gold for each ticket; no more than 60 tickets.
Raffle winner will be announced 07/13/2008. The winner will get 50% of
the pot. The other 50% will go to the alliance bank.

7.
Jazmyn has the spreadsheet of what is now in the Alliance Guild Bank.
She will distribute this to the guild leaders and officers.

8. Lady H brought up a forum scavenger hunt.
Guild committee leaders are to think about how to administer on the
forum.

9. Next meeting will be 07/13/2008 at the suggested time listed in item #1.
