| TCK Culture | Sat Mar 01, 2008 1:11 pm by Lady Herodias | THIS IS A STATEMENT WRITTEN TO TSK TO THEIR FORUM ON THE CULTURE OF TCK:
"Well, as most of you probably know by now, I and Lady Herodias, have taken over TCK in order to rebuild it as a viable guild to compliment our sister guild TSK.
My first status statement as the guild leader reads roughly something like this:
"A New start. We are going to attempt to rebuild TCK once again. Our focus will be to teach the workings of the game to less experienced players, maintaining a family atmosphere, encourage a relaxed atmosphere, impromptu events, and set an example for others. Having Fun is what we invision for TCK!"
As you can see, and to the disappointment of some of you, we will not be focused at all on pvp. That does not exclude impromptu pvp events, but we will just not be focusing on any type of organized, build making activities in that regard. Our focus is for people to play in a relaxed way with any character or sk...

| Guild Wars Updates | Fri Jun 06, 2008 4:07 am by Lady Herodias | Guild Wars Game Update Notes
Update - June 24
Upcoming Changes to the Hall of Monuments - 24 June 2008
Since the release of Eye of the North there has been a lot of discussion about how the Hall of Monuments works. We intend to address a few of the larger concerns raised by players. We are not able to announce a specific date at which these changes will be released, but we're explaining them now so that players can choose their play patterns accordingly.
1. In the Hall of Monuments, you will be able to choose to view your accomplishments by character or by account. This is a setting you’ll be able to switch back and forth.
2. Hall of Monuments accomplishments will be sent to Guild Wars 2 by account. All Hall of Monuments accomplishments for any Guild Wars character on your account will be available to every Guild Wars 2 character on your account.
3. We will be adding support for Tormented weapons ...

| Guild Bank Weekly Donation Hunts | Thu Mar 27, 2008 12:21 pm by Pampered One | We have had interest in developing a Guild bank. There has already been one such hunt a few weeks back that netted between 10k-20k.
The purpose of this bank is for a number of reasons:
1. Obtain funds for Guild Hall upgrades.
2. Provide monetary funds for Event rewards.
3. Provide useful items for Event Rewards.
4. Collect usefull Collector items for Guildees.
5. Collect crafting materials for Guildees.
6. Develop a source of emergency loans.
Ok, now to the logistics.
Having a specific time and day for this, at the moment, is not really possible. Even on weekends, our attendance rates are sporadic and people log on in a wide range of times. Also, THIS IS NOT MANDATORY, but it would be nice if each member could donate the time and drops from one hunt per weekend.
So here is how I would like to see this go:
1: Somewhere betwe...

Best up-to-date Guild Wars Game Guide
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Main_Page
It's up-to-date and has some of the best advice on skills, weapons, and armor that can be found.
Also, the mission walk-thru pages are quite accurate and can help if you're getting stuck on a bonus or having trouble completing a mission objective.
For new players - Here's the direct link for Pre-Searing Info:
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Pre-Searing_guide
I recommend the checklist - it gives the most direct information for new players who want to move quickly to the full game and may not know what's a must-have quest in pre-searing before moving on. The Charr Bag is not a must-have. The rest of the quests/items are.
Also, the death-leveling guide is key to building a perma-pre character quickly to ...
